Packing and Processing Helper Dairy Products

We are looking for a motivated Packing and Processing Helper to assist in our dairy production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various stages of the packing and processing process to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our dairy products.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the Processing and packaging of dairy products according to company standards and procedures.

2. Operate machinery and equipment involved in the packing and processing of dairy products under supervision.

3. Monitor product quality throughout the packing and processing stages, reporting any deviations or issues to supervisors.

4. Ensure proper labelling and sealing of packaged products.

5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the packing and processing areas, including equipment and workspaces.

6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

7. Support inventory management by accurately counting and recording packaged products.

8. Collaborate with team members.

9. Perform routine cleanliness and maintenance tasks on equipment and workspace.

10. Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in packaging in dairy/FMCG or related environment preferred.

3. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

5. Physical stamina and fitness.

8. Willingness to work flexible hours.
