FASTSIGNS #31901 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

FASTSIGNS is a national brand with each location independently owned and operated. Our veteran-owned Forest, Virginia team is looking for a new member to support an established book of business clients and develop new business. Our products are customized to each client so adaptability and creativity are a plus. No products we produce are off the shelf, everything is custom. We have extensive training and support available to promote your growth as a sales professional and our business. A Successful FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Representative Will:

Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders

Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center

Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business to create their custom solutions

Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

Great listening and organization skills

Creative ability to provide consultative options for client's signage and branding needs

Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)

Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work paying close attention to details
