Duties and Responsibilities:

· Merchandising of stock
· To stock shelves, face all merchandise throughout the dairy and frozen area, reorganizing any displaced item/s and product labels, ensuring the full rotation of product;
· To withdraw damaged and/or outdated product from the sales floor and separate them into designated areas in the back room;
· To prepare a work summary for the Department Manager which details a piece count, stock invoices and any product discrepancies;
· To ensure the back room, dairy cases, freezers and dairy selling floor are neat and organized by adhering to established health and safety regulations as per Company policy;
· To perform other general duties, as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
· Minimum of three year’s previous experience in the retail dairy/frozen food environment;
· Ideal Candidate to possess a good working knowledge of dairy and frozen foods;
· Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts, including weekends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;
