437960 Sales Executive (Paints/Chemicals)
Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, on behalf of a multinational chemicals company specializing in decorative paints and performance coatings, is seeking a Sales Executive for Central/North Luzon. This role involves providing specialist expertise in the decorative area/function of the unit and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure customers use company products as specified and provide necessary project updates.
Gather market intelligence to respond to market trends and facilitate new business development.
Identify and target new customers, schedule visits, and provide sales and technical support to enhance customer relationships.
Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.
Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and assist in company collection efforts.
Perform daily sales activities as planned.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Proven track record of success in sales with a proactive approach
Experience in sales and handling decorative paints, including B2B transactions
Exposure to multinational companies and clients
Willingness to travel to different sites in South Luzon
