Position Description:

The Night Shift Manager (NSM) will be responsible for the General Manager (GM) duties when the GM is not available. The NSM will be responsible for supervising front and back of house GBC staff, MH housekeepers, MH maintenance staff, filling in for roles as needed at GBC, checking in and out MH hotel guests, and other MH and GBC office duties as needed. You will perform a range of duties including connecting with guests, ensuring 95% customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs, managing staff, and maintaining MH and GBC supplies. Your central goal is to provide guests with outstanding customer service. As the ‘face’ of MH and GBC, you need to be presentable, caring, and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You will need to multitask, provide excellent communication and organizational skills in all duties.

General Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.

Ensure that all areas are neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.

Respond to all client concerns and meet their needs.

Supervise MH and GBC staff to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Closeout hotel records from the previous day.

Help with GBC baking needs, cleaning and maintenance issues during the night shift to prepare for the next day opening.

Maintain records and files.

Requirements:

College degree or relevant qualification.

A minimum of two years of proven experience in a similar role.

Good understanding of office administration.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Work Schedule: M-F 10 pm-7 am
