Warehouse Picker/Packer

All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for a warehouse picker/packer! This position will start at $17.00-$18.00 an hour, depending on experience, and a guaranteed path to $20.00 an hour within the first year*. This position is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, 401k, and on-demand payment options to access your pay when you need it. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time, (40 hours per week with optional overtime each week) Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM. This position will be on-site at our facility in Lancaster, PA. Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (Starting range $17-$18) with on-demand pay options available.

Shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM, Monday - Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Picker/Packer position is responsible for locating, collecting, packaging, and preparing for shipment our vast assortment of metal threaded components. Duties include but are not limited to:

Packaging products according to a shipping manifest.

Organizing products, stocking in correct locations.

Correctly assembling orders.

Loading and unloading of freight shipments.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

The most important thing to us is dependability and a good attitude! If you are over 18, can lift over 50 pounds, and are willing to spend most of the day on your feet, we are ready to invest training in your professional development. Helpful, but not mandatory, experience includes:

Familiarity with a warehouse environment.

Safety training, especially in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with stocking tools such as scanning guns and packaging materials.

Prior experience operating a forklift.
