What You ll Do:

Conduct investigations related to workplace relations, legal matters, and ethical concerns.

More About the Role:

o This position will report to Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment, but will also work closely with Ethics & Business Conduct as well as other key stakeholders.

o Conduct complex investigations and/or lead organizational assessments related to workplace relations/legal matters/ethics concerns.

o Work collaboratively amongst Legal, Human Resources, Ethics, Security, Finance, and other business partners.

o Coordinate with Inc. Vice President of Litigation and Investigations.

o Provide training, resources, tools and templates on conducting effective investigations to members of HR, ethics, and other departments.

o Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees in interpreting policies and procedures and building positive employee relations.

o Provide assistance, guidance and support for other related initiatives as requested.

o Able to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required.

Qualifications:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are effective with the appropriate tact and diplomacy for all levels of the organization as well as for external counsel.

o Ability to document investigative decisions clearly, accurately and analytically with the ability to support detailed findings.

o Proven track record of partnering with legal, ethics, line management, and HR leaders on ethics and workplace relations matters.

o Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others, deliver on commitments, demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical conduct, and protect confidential information.

o Working knowledge of employment laws (both State and Federal) and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA), as well as the ability to appropriately interpret and apply policies, laws and business practices when addressing employment matters.

o Working knowledge of government contracting ethical standards.

o Strong analytical skills in order to interpret data necessary to identify trends and areas of risk.

o Must be able work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

o Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.

o Excellent conflict resolution and negotiations skills, as well as ability to effectively influence individuals of varying backgrounds and learning styles.

o Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

o Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field, (or combination of education and experience) is required

o Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR/ER or Ethics and Compliance experience; including 3 years of significant experience in employee relations or conducting workplace investigations.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

o Fluent in Spanish

o Experience working on EEO claims/matters

o Experience drafting position statements

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
