We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Administration Officer Assistant. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both prospective and current students, guiding them through the application process with efficiency and a touch of charm.

Job Description

Respond promptly to email inquiries and applications submitted by both prospective and current students.

Create and maintain student profiles accurately through meticulous data entry and document management.

Issue Letters of Offer and Payment Plans in a timely manner to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.

Monitor student attendance and academic progress regularly, providing comprehensive summaries of study progress.

Take necessary compliance actions to ensure adherence to academic standards and regulations.

Requirements

Excellent English writing and verbal skill.

Can speak Chinese is an advantage and preferred.

Skillfully use MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Outlook) and familiar with general online tools(Zoom, Google online spread sheet.

Attention to details. Keen with numbers and logic.

Quick learner. Follow instruction and can welcome constant change.
