Position: PT & FT Commission-Only Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative for Woven Legal, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and drive revenue growth for the company by:

Identifying and prospecting targets using our CRM and sales outreach tools.

Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Guiding them forward in the sales funnel to close new business.

Presenting and promoting with knowledge and proficiency our products/services.

Maintaining accurate and timely records of virtual sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts utilizing CRM software.

Collaborating with the operations team to constantly improve email campaigns, promotional materials, and service enhancements to drive virtual sales effectiveness within the legal market.

Qualifications:

Excellent positive customer service attitude, hardwired to go above and beyond for our clients and every Woven Legal team member.

Entrepreneurial, competitive spirit. Ability to learn and understand our clients' (law firms & attorneys) work world so you can offer staffing and productivity solutions to help them focus and achieve their goals.

Experience with the legal industry - either personally or professionally - is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to recognize opportunities as they form and follow them through to close the sale.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must. Willingness and ability to hone effective presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively in a virtual setting.

A self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful individual with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

Agility in virtual CRM platforms and other technologies for lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.

Some college is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

This commission-only position offers lucrative commission rates based on sales performance. Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a contract-to-hire role based on performance, goal achievement, and exceeding expectations.
