Legal Officer Implementation, Western Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

LLB Degree.

Admission as an attorney (minimum 2 years post admission experience)

Conveyancing experience advantageous.

Candidates must be resident in Cape Town.Job requirements, but not limited to:

Drafting legal documents.

Registration and cancellation of securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks.

Liaising with clients and intermediaries like attorneys, auditors / insurance brokers in the process of implementing business loans.

Scrutinizing agreements and other legal documents and structuring loan term sheets.

General legal advice and guidance, including research topics where applicable. Salary: Market related
