Duties:
Budget management
Appointment management
Greeting visitors
Liaising with suppliers
Ordering supplies for the office
Run errands
Supervising office staff
Must have:
Matric
Own transport
Computer literate - Use PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent English communication - written and verbal
Deadline driven
Attention to detail
Reliable
Trustworthy
Will be a plus if you can speak Mandarin
