Specific Skills:

Clean litter from floors, grounds, parking lots and prepare construction sites for next use.

Sort, clean and pile salvaged materials.

Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors and fixtures using step or extension ladders.

Vacuum and shampoo carpets.

Determine appropriate cleaning material, tools, equipments, devices needed to accomplish the cleaning job.

Ensure quality work by regular inspection.

Train and coordinate new employees.

Perform related work as assigned by the supervisor.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, standing for extending periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
