Work under the HR department, conducting both recruitment in Japan and the Cebu office. If you have good IT and design and analytical skills, we are looking for you.
Qualifications:
A graduating student of B.Sc. in IT, Human Resource Management, or a relevant degree.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience doing Job interview more than 200 online or face to face
Who always keep tracks of anything related to the job
(E.g. The content of the interview, the number of applicants, of shortlisted, etc.)
Data driven

Responsibilities:
Understanding the nature of the project (What kind of technology is in use, what kind of system Client Company is planning to develop) and explaining these backgrounds of the recruitment to potential candidates.
Sourcing (find matching talents for Japanese clients' job openings)
