*Utilize correct chemicals and use various manual and power- operated cleaning equipment.
*Mop, scrub, and disinfect the kitchen and bathroom floors in the restaurant.
*Wipe and dust the furniture, windows, counters, glass panels, and fixtures.
*Clean out drains and dispose of garbage, as per department procedures.
*Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
*Comply with established safety rules and meet company sanitation standards.
*Other tasks as assigned.
