About the Position
Atlas Ironworks is a misc. metal company that is currently seeking construction project manager that can plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects. Atlas is an actively growing company that offers growth opportunities. We are looking for full time candidates to grow with the company.

Responsibilities
·Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
·Develop and implement quality control programs
·Ensure that all construction documents are complete and accurate before they are submitted to the client.
·Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
·Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
·Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
·Ensure that all subcontractors are signed for work performed by them as required by law.
·Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff to ascertain timely and budget-conscious project completion.
·Uphold stringent safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations.
·Engage consistently with clients and team members to keep them updated on project advancements.
·Address and resolve challenges or issues that emerge during the construction phase.
Qualifications
·Post Secondary degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture Technology, Construction Management or related fields
·At least 1 year experience in the field of construction with exposure to projects of major scope
·Over 1 year of drawing skills using AutoCad in miscellaneous Metal and Architectural metal
·Over 1 year of experience working in construction-specific projects, miscellaneous Metal and architectural metal
·Project experience in the welding industrial sector, on large scale Plant projects is preferred
·Advanced skills in MS Office products - Excel, Word and Outlook, AutoCad, PowerPoint, and PDF BIM software are an asset.
·Excellent technical computer and organizational skills
