ONSHORE CREW COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the planning, resourcing, deployment of competent personnel to worksites is managed in line with company processes and policies

Coordinate and organize, flights, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel in line with company policies.

Ensure personnel are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.

Maintain offshore employees' personal information accurately in the department database as required.

Undertake general administration duties to support the department

To participate in On-call duties on a regular rotated basis.

Participate in, provide support and maintain good communication with team members
