- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business, Accounting, or related course
- Preferably with Master's degree or Doctoral degree in related field of expertise or position
- With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position
- Minimum eight (8) years of work experience
- With four (4) relevant / related years of experience such as but not limited to assisting with labor relations and human resources matters, gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for contract and policy development, investigations, and negotiations.
