Duties & Responsibilities
All retail and IB account opening
KYC/AML checks
Professional Client Classification procedure
Keeping all account opening spreadsheets up to date
Administrative duties including account set-up, paperwork and filing
Setting up new groups and rebate accounts for IB/Money Managers
Providing professional support to clients and partners
Monitoring and handling client queries in support inbox
Assisting with Zendesk chat and telephone support
Administrative Salesforce duties
Assisting with other business functions where required
Compliance
Observe Infinox Company policies and procedures in respect of alt relevant regulations and legislation
Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by compliance or the compliance committee Report any client complaints to compliance promptly
Report any suspicious activity (suspected fraud) to the Mt-RO or compliance promptly
Ensure up to date with atl compliance issues by reading all documentation/emails/updates as sent by Head of Compliance
Observe Infinox policies and procedures in respect of all relevant regulations/ legislation
Plan, prioritise & organise workload
Establish and maintain a good & professional relationship with clients, colleagues and partners
Ensure you pay attention to detail in all aspects of the rote
Be diligent in keeping on top of support functions, in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compj-tens exams are kept up to date
Keep up to date with industry news and developments
Desired Experience & Qualification
1-2 years in administrative role, preferably in the trading related FX and CFD industry.
A level matric or degree qualified (Business or Finance degree)
Quick learner with good initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication and time keeping skills.
Candidates will be highly organised, strong attention to detail with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Google Apps. Must be comfortable using phone applications and working remotely.
Confident to work under your own initiative when necessary and dedicated to see all tasks through to completion.
Willingness to get involved with other aspects of the business.
An aptitude to pick systems up quickly (training will be provided, and travel may be needed to complete this).
