Duties & Responsibilities

Generating of Purchase Orders

Raising and generating invoices

Receiving of goods to and from clients and suppliers

Despatching of goods to and from clients and suppliers

The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible to capture all new orders on smartsheet

Create the sales order on the system and match the corresponding prices and ETA, sales order will be verified that it has all information as in the Purchase order.

The Sales Order will be printed and attached to the printed purchase order.

Update the Purchase order and the sales order

Receive the quotation paperwork (email) from procurement manager, create a spreadsheet to track down price queries.

Communicate spike order with the production manager to do the breakdown of the quantities into batches. Send the order intake to the production team every day before end of business.

Add returned parts and cancelled orders on Smartsheet

Desired Experience & Qualification

Pastel Evolution

SmartSheet advantageous

Computer literate

Grade12

Previous experience in a similar industry or role
