Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

Paras Infotech are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Officers troubleshoot the issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, Technical Support Officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide daily support to users of various computer systems including answering questions, analysing problems, and quickly forming solutions to return systems to proper operation.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install updates when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair personnel.

• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

• Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades.

Required:

• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

• Knowledge of Jewellery Business.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with remote desktop applications.

• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Customer focus.

• Service Mind set.

• Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred:

• College Degree/High School/Equivalent

• Bilingual English/Hindi

• Knowledge of Accounting will be preferred.

• Computer Operator at any Jewellery Store will be preferred.
