Requirements

Minimum of 2 years sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above mentioned sectors.

Responsibilities

Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.

Ensure monthly targets for the team is met and exceeded.

Make sales.

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
