Packaging Folder Gluer Operator (Retention Bonus & Profit Sharing)

New position with a printing and packaging company North of Minneapolis. Great opportunity to get in the door with this growing company that puts employees first. Seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator. Hours are Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm.

Some duties include:

Operate, set-up, maintain folding and gluing machines required to complete box and carton product per customer specification.

Install the appropriate tools, swords, and folding devices to achieve the required folding and pre-break for the carton.

Determine the proper placement of the glue system(s) to achieve the correct final setup and function.

Adjusts controls to regulate placement and timing of electronic glue systems.

Continually monitor the quality of your production while ensuring your feeder and packers are performing their tasks as required.
