The chosen candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis. This role will review, analyze, and correct sets of data and validate ongoing changes. Creativity and curiosity with a blend of quantitative and qualitative skills are required to be successful.
Key Responsibilities
· Validate complex and large volumes of data using a variety of tools, tactics, and mechanisms.
· Recommend and refine methodologies to apply for increased data accuracy.
· Remain highly organized and coordinate complex issues between a broader team of employees, contractors, and vendors to reach a common goal on tight timelines.
· Ability to detect trends, commonalities and nuances associated with data.
· Meet deadlines with accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst.
Expert or advanced user of Microsoft Excel, VLookups, Formulae, Macros, Pivot tables.
Experience in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx.
Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, ETL.
Experience with data mapping, data flow diagrams.
Highly organized with the ability to identify and communicate project risks.
Preferred Qualifications
· Insurance industry experience
· Financial analysis experience
