Sales Rep

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our premium cotton pads. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying potential retailers, building strong relationships, and request them to stock our high-quality cotton pads.

Responsibilities:

Independently identify and approach potential retail outlets, including cosmetic stores, beauty shops, salons, and supermarkets.

Present our products in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and unique features to prospective clients.

Engage in persuasive conversations to secure stockist agreements.

Negotiate terms and conditions with retailers, ensuring win-win partnerships.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.

Regularly update sales reports and communicate progress to the manager.

Required Education and Experience:

Proven experience in B2B sales or retail sales, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in identifying leads, prospecting, and successfully closing deals.

Familiarity with the retail landscape and distribution networks.

Additional Information:

This is a commission-based role
