Job Summary:

As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Reporting to the Executive Director, your responsibilities will encompass property leasing, marketing, maintenance, legal compliance, tenant satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency to ensure a successful and compliant property management operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management: Independently manage a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties, overseeing all aspects of property leasing, marketing, maintenance, and legal compliance.

2. Leasing and Marketing: Utilize your leasing and marketing expertise to attract and secure tenants for vacant properties. Utilize social media and various marketing channels to promote properties effectively.

3. Maintenance Leadership: Oversee property maintenance and upkeep, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure buildings are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with quality standards.

4. Tenant Satisfaction: Build positive tenant relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns promptly, and providing exceptional service.

5. Legal Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to local regulations, codes, and laws related to property management, leasing, safety, and other relevant areas.

6. Operational Efficiency: Implement streamlined processes for leasing, maintenance, communication, and legal compliance to ensure efficient property management operations.

7. Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, property improvements, and legal compliance, ensuring quality service delivery.

8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, maintenance schedules, tenant interactions, legal compliance efforts, and financial transactions.

9. Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.

10. Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential improvements.

11. Tenant Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth tenant onboarding process, including lease signing, move-in inspections, and orientation to property rules.

12. Eviction Handling: Handle eviction processes in accordance with legal requirements and company policies, when necessary.

13. Emergency Response: Be available for emergency response and communication with tenants during off-hours or as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in property management, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, legal compliance, financial management, and adherence to local regulations in Dubai.

- Proficiency in property management software for tracking tasks, maintenance, and financial records.

- Problem-solving skills to address various property management challenges effectively.
