Maintenance Supervisor

Lebanese Village in Erbil looking for hiring Maintenance Supervisor who is in charge of managing all installation, maintenance, and repair activities at Lebanese Village complexes. Who can lead teams of workers who complete tasks in accordance with the specifications of our projects.

responsibilities:

Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance

Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work

Supervising and training maintenance technicians.

Building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.) must be inspected and maintained.

Contribute to the creation of the maintenance budget and guarantee its adherence

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role

Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)

Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

Understanding of budgeting and performance management

Excellent planning and leadership abilities

An eye for detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelors Degree in Electric Engineering.

Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is an asset.
