We are looking for remote customer support agents to be a liaison between our clients and their customers. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn customers’ trust.

Responsibilities

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, and chat

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability

- Managing steady amounts of inbound and outbound inquiries

- Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs

- Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must pass a skill assessment and background check

- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

- Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

- Desktop or laptop

- Headset or headphones with microphone attachment

- A strong, stable internet connection

- A quiet work area

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Once you apply at on our site, you will be directed to orientation, which will give you a general overview of the position and answer all questions. Once finished, you will proceed with registration, assessment, and background check. Once approved, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training period with them. You will then have the opportunity to select your own schedule and begin earning.
