Job Description

We are looking for experienced and Fresher recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based. You can do work from home.

We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in recruiting on an international BPO, Domestic, IT Non IT Voice Non voice Process.

Candidate must have Excellent English Communication.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.

• Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.

• Conduct screening interviews

over the phone.

• Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of

recruiting experience.

• Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.

Payout

All payments for JobfinderHr will be released after three months (90 days) from the date of joining of the candidate subject to the condition that the candidates referred/sourced by the Service Provider, works for a minimum period of three months (i.e. 90 days) with anyCompany. In an event a Candidate(s) leaves prior to the completion of the said three months period for any reason whatsoever, the Service Provider shall not be paid for such a Freelancer.
