Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and generating sales for our diverse range of services, including design services, translation services, transcription services, and content creation. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Promote our comprehensive services through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients, introducing our services and converting leads into successful sales.

- Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative and drive.

- Proficient in utilizing online platforms, social media, and other marketing tools to promote our services effectively.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen ability to overcome objections and secure sales.

- Adaptable to different target markets, demonstrating the ability to effectively promote a variety of services.

Probation Period:

The successful candidate will undergo a one-week probation period, during which they will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and potential. Please note that this period will be unpaid. To successfully complete the probation period, the candidate must secure a minimum of 50 sales across any of our services. This step ensures that we find the right candidate for the role.

Compensation and Benefits:

Upon successful completion of the probation period, the Sales Representative will receive weekly compensation based on the number of sales generated. As a permanent part-time employee, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs.
