Education: Secondary education or equivalent program

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Duties:

• Maintain inventory and its record of food, supplies and equipment.

• Perform kitchen operations.

• Schedule preparations of the day and regulate the processes.

• To cook special meals in bulk and other customized orders.

• Prepare complete meals for the buffets, individual orders within due course of time.

• Arrange special setup for the occasions and secure the pre and post food items.

• Change menus according to the seasonal items and variation in quantity.

• Follow safety precautions to retain cleanliness.

Skills: good hearing and sensing, customer service skills, good knowledge of kitchen electronic appliances.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

• Fast-paced environment

• Repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 25 kg

• Priority must be given to safety measures.

• Teamwork
