Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Utilize integrated and functional medicine principles to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

Specialize in the treatment of Chronic Lyme Disease.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner certification with a focus on integrated and functional medicine.

Proven experience in treating Chronic Lyme Disease.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
