Desired Experience & Qualification
• B.Comm degree or Accounting Diploma
• At least 3 years experience in Administration function with experience in managing a team of staff
• Computer literacy in SAP
• Must be detail orientated
Package & Remuneration
• Ensure adherence to set administration procedures to prevent fraudulent activity
• compile and submit monthly cost centre reports for all departments
• Loading of all B-grade and scrap sales as well as invoicing of these orders
• Providing feedback to all stores and credit controllers on collection status of credits
• Scanning of all POD's onto SAP
• Passing all credits for Northern Cape, FreeState and two stores from the Eastern Cape
• Providing feedback to all credit controllers on credits required and liaison for claims required from the various groups in order to pass credits
• Cashing up the cashier
• invoicing of A prime stock orders from sales for distribution when required
• cash account and petty cash recons monthly
• submitting of month end accruals each month
• Stock damage claims from other warehouses which arrives damage at customer and the customer requests for credit after stock had been sent back on delivery
