Duties:
• Maintain stock levels to ensure no shortages
• Manage stock levels at all storerooms
• Support and assign stock for large projects and arrange deliveries
• Use required systems to book stock in and out
• Ordering stock
• Co-ordinate and source quotations from existing and new suppliers
• Ensure timeous management and logistics of stock to meet Project and BAU timelines
• Ability to support local and remote teams
• Manage deliverables of cross-functional teams ensuring that project delivery is on time
• Apply and management the Purchase Order process with Finance
• Interact/Onboarding/Escalation with suppliers
• Interact and arrange couriers
• Maintain personal Time register, logs etc.
• Maintain safe and clean stockrooms
• Escalate to internal department management to ensure that the customer issue is resolved timeously
• Coordinate and submit progressive and accurate updates to customers on their escalations
• Escalate to vendors/3rd party suppliers and manage these escalations to resolution to ensure finality on matters
Requirements:
• Matric
• Diploma (Admin/Accounting/Management/Finance/Logistics)
• Valid driver’s license
• Project Management Qualification will be advantageous
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• A technical tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• Good understanding of technology, products and services
• A minimum of 3 years in the WISP or Telco industry
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office, Smartsheet and/or MS Projects
• Report writing experience
• Functional and line administration and management
• Leadership in team context (local and remote teams)
• Experience working in Project Management context
• Exposure with suppliers and 3rd part providers
