Main duties:
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and review,
evaluate and implement new procedures
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff,
and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory, oversee disposal of
assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Oversee budgeting, contracting and management processes
• Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations,
brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine
dictation and handwritten copy
• Promotion among various local communities and newcomers.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and
correspondence
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing
systems
• Greet visitors
• Set up appointments with driving teachers
• Arrange written and road tests for clients
• Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current
software
• Organize conferences

Employment requirements:
Bachelor degree. At least 1 year of clerical or related experience is required. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Multi-language is an asset. Sales and marketing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Reliable. Hardworking.
Compensation and benefits:
Salary: 18.5/hour, 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Vacation: 15 business days or 4% of gross salary
