Duties:

• Follow up and Co-ordinate progress with the Workshop and Suppliers on parts ordered

• Liaise with the clients on the progress of their vehicle

• Provide continuous feedback to the Managing Director

• Suggest and implement systems to optimise Client Service

• Monitor Administration procedures and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Strong Administration and Computer Skills

• Organizational astuteness

• Ability to manage processes

• Process Improvement abilities

• Excellent Reporting Skills

• Good Client Relationship Skills
