Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicating with a company's representatives to develop a business model incorporating SAP products

• Documenting any selected program settings and preparing guidelines for other consultants who may edit the software in the future

• Training a company's employees on how to use SAP software and preparing guidelines for them

• Testing a system's performance and efficiency

• Managing support tickets on SAP software, which are correspondences between technicians and clients on program issues

• Analyzing and resolving SAP system issues

• Enhancing parts of the system according to client requests or specifications

• Communicating with technical consultants on program components

• Bachelors/Master's degree

• Willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S
