Job Highlights

Qualifications

• Strong phone skills to effectively communicate with clients.

• Excellent people skills to build relationships with borrowers.

• Previous sales experience to effectively market our loan programs.

• Must have an NMLS mortgage license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish.

• Provide initial consultations to understand borrowers' needs and criteria.

• Serve as an advocate and advisor until the day of closing.

• Master all aspects of the sales process to maximize success.

• Deliver a world-class client experience to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Focus on new business development to drive growth.
