Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor, influence and control recruitment and selection practices
• Proactively influence and manage the status of talent Facilitate and manage all employee development
• Monitor, influence, and control performance management practices
• Influence and advise on the correct application of employee relations policies, procedures, collective agreements, and legislation
• Ensure compliance to payroll, employee benefits and salary administration procedures
• Translate and transform culture processes into desired specific behaviours
• Proactively drive change initiatives
• Assist and facilitate foundation & social projects
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Grade 12 as per the national senior certificate requirements (Umalusi endorsed)
• A relevant B-Degree at a recognized and SAQA accredited university
• Registration with the SA Board of People Practice as a HR Professional or Chartered HR Professional will be advantageous
• A minimum 4 years of suitable experience in Human Resources in preferably the agricultural environment
• Above average knowledge of labour legislation and related statutory provisions
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Above average computer skills in the MS Office packages
• Good organizational ability with strong aptitude for business principles and practices
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• The ability to function independently
