Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain an organized filing system for guest records and administrative documents.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and photocopying.
Requirements:
• Minimum of National Diploma
• Proven experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment
