Key Responsibilities

As a Data Center Engineer, you will be the frontline guardian of our systems, ensuring continuous operation and peak performance. Your main responsibilities include:

-> System Integrity Checks: Conduct thorough daily inspections of all core network components, including power and cooling infrastructure, switches, routers, and servers, strictly adhering to established operational guidelines.

-> Proactive System Management: Engage in the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of mission-critical systems, encompassing areas like Network, Cloud, Big Data, HPC, Fog Computing, and Edge Computing environments.

-> Incident Response: Be an active participant in our shift rotation schedule and provide prompt, effective response to all system emergencies and escalations to minimize downtime.

-> Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key technical liaison, effectively communicating and collaborating with internal teams and client engineers via calls, meetings, and in-person sessions to troubleshoot complex issues and align on operational improvements.

-> Reporting & Research: Generate comprehensive job performance and operational reports. Contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving data center efficiency, stability, and future technology adoption (Data Engineering, Energy).

Technical & Educational

+ Education: Knowledge background in Telecommunications, Information Technology (IT), or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
