Employment Details: Permanent, Full-time position, 50hrs/week at an hourly wage of $27.50

Requirements:

• must know basic English.

• High school completion is required.

• Experience is an asset, on job training will be provided.

• Driver’s licence (Class 1 or A), Air brake (Z) Endorsement.

Duties

• Operate and driver straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.

• Travel as a team of two or convoy.

• Maintain excellent record of logbooks.

• Take responsibility of loading and unloading if required.

• Must perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections.

• Collect delivery instructions from dispatcher verifying instructions and route.

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages to the vehicle.

• Perform emergency roadside repairs if required.

• Obtain proper documentation for border crossing.
