Duties & Responsibilities

As the Administrative Officer you will handle administrative tasks like answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and filing documents.

You will also be responsible for assisting with inventory reports, maintaining company records, handling budget and office reporting, invoicing and providing customer service.

In terms of the Bookkeeping Function you will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks.

To do well in this role you should have business management experience and strong industry knowledge.

Successful applicants should also have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and have used Xero or Quickbooks

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each month.

Monitor financial transactions and reports.

Process accounts receivable and payable.

Process Payments

Understand Business Ledgers

Work with an accountant when necessary.

Proficiency with accounting software.

Package & Remuneration

R 10 000 - 12 000
