Senior Recruiter

We are actively looking for experienced Executive Recruiters to become part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess agency or RPO experience, with retained search experience considered a significant advantage. This role necessitates outstanding communication skills, a strong grasp of phone etiquette, strategic thinking, and a determined attitude to foster connections with top talents and deliver top-tier candidates to our clients.

Responsibilities for this position include organizing interviews and managing candidate expectations, engaging with candidates to present opportunities, conducting candidate assessments, establishing and nurturing a network of potential candidates, monitoring the recruitment pipeline, and collaborating with the sourcing team to provide feedback.
