_Must be able to maintain and create basic Excel Formula's for spreadsheet
and forms as needed and familiar with Word Document.
_Primary function is to maintain the scheduling information and contact
customers, contractors and businesses to set up service dates.
_Answer incoming calls, back up to receptionist as necessary.
_Call to locate or check pricing on items as needed.
_Enter information into the appointment schedule.
_Filing
_Assist with matching up supply invoices.
_Process Return Claims occasionally.
_Assist with entering quotes and invoices to send to contractors and
homeowners.
_Assist with maintaining warehouse inventory levels for stocking items.
_Must have good communication skills and present professionalism.
Hours Mon-Thurs (10hr shifts) Off on Fridays
