Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Meat Cutter to join our team at OnFresh. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products. You will work with a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and growing company that values freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.

- Cut, bone, or grind meat using appropriate equipment.

- Prepare meats to specifications, including skinning and cutting as needed.

- Weigh, wrap, and display cuts of meat.

- Maintain inventory of meat sales and order supplies as required.

- Ensure meat storage in refrigerators/freezers at the correct temperature.

- Maintain equipment and work areas for health and sanitation standards.

- Follow sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination.

- Safely operate meat cutting and processing equipment.

- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders and maintain inventory.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter is an asset.

- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and best practices is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality.

- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.

Benefits:

$19/hour, 35 hours/week.

- Monday to Friday.

- Weekends as needed.
