Duties:
- Frontline reception and switchboard management
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communication via email
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business operations in order anticipate the administrative needs of the team and prioritize work effectively
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in an Administrative role with a stable, proven track record
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team
