As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound calls from valued customers of prominent retailers. Your role will encompass assisting customers with inquiries, facilitating order processing, demonstrating compassion when addressing their concerns, and resolving basic technical issues.

This remote and flexible position offers an hourly wage ranging from $12 to $15.

*Primary Duties*

- Respond to incoming calls

- Examine customer history as needed

- Adhere to policy and procedure guidelines

- Record customer orders

- Confirm memberships

- Assist in addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing-related concerns

- Provide support for basic technical issues

- Document pertinent information and outcomes as required

*Your Profile*

Prior experience in customer care is a prerequisite. Additionally, successful Customer Service Representatives possess the following attributes:

To qualify as a Customer Service Representative, you will need a Windows PC, as Macs and Chromebooks are not currently supported. Furthermore, your computer and equipment should meet the following minimum specifications:

- Headset: USB noise-canceling headset

- Internet: High-speed, wired internet (no WiFi or satellite)

- Operating System: Windows 10

- Processor: Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4

- Memory: 8GB of RAM

- Monitor: Dual displays, each capable of a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels

- Sound: Sound card (typically standard on most computers)

- Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software
