Maintaining MIS recruitment on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Responsible for managing the recruitment database in Excel.
Managing CV response on salesforce.
Coordinating visiting card details for all new joiners.
Issuance of experience letters as and when required.
Responsible for preparing salary and F&F sheets.
Understanding about basic HR policy
Responsible for maintaining employees' personal files.
Take care of Bank account opening of all new joiners
