Job description

RESPONSIBILITES

Ø Take care of the financial and contractual aspects of the project.

Ø Participate, record and prepare the minutes of the progress meetings.

Ø Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the work in the project.

Ø Convene and chair all commercial meetings.

Ø Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and finalize the payment certificates.

Ø Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order.

Ø Advise the SRE and REs on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.

Ø Evaluate the unit rates for new work items.

Ø Establish the way of recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

Ø BSc (Hons) RICS Accredited Degree in Quantity surveying

Ø Advance Diploma in Quantity surveying

Ø Diploma in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

Ø 5-9 years experience
