Production Supervisor – Night Shift

$60-65K plus bonus & night shift premium pay
Our Jasper, Indiana manufacturing client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor to their Night Shift Operations (Monday-Thursday 8pm-6:30am). This Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of operational activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards to achieve established production schedules and desired quality levels in a safe manner. This position is on nightshift at our facility. Shift is Monday - Thursday; Sunday if needed for overtime (8 pm - 6:30 am). This position will report to the Superintendent.
EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED:
• 3-6 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing industry.
• BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Supervise the activities and personnel engaged in manufacturing of products within their assigned department and shift.
